  1. Office Operating Hours:
    Monday–Friday: 9am–6pm
    Saturday: 9am–1pm
    (Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays)

  2. Order Cut-Off Time: Please place orders at least 2 working days in advance.

  3. Delivery Schedule: (i) Before 2pm (ii) Between 2pm–6pm

  4. Delivery Surcharge: A surcharge of $30 applies for deliveries requested before 12pm.

  5. Order Lead Time (Regular Items): Minimum 2 working days before delivery/collection.

  6. Order Lead Time (Seasonal Items): Minimum 3 working days before delivery/collection.

  7. Delivery Charges: A $30 delivery fee applies for purchases below $150.00 per invoice per location.

  8. Prices listed include GST.

  9. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
