Outlet Assistant: Takeaway Kiosk (Full Time / Part Time)

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Promote and sell our range of products to walk-in customers

  • Attending to cashiering activities and customers' needs and enquiries

  • Perform opening and closing tasks, inventory, baking of pastries

  • Ensure food safety & cleanliness regulations

  • Good communication & interpersonal skills

  • Experience in Bakery industry

  • Candidates with baking experience will be an added advantage

  • Willing to work retail hours

Store Keeper

(Location: Woodlands)

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Perform all  warehousing duties including loading and unloading receiving, sorting, packing and distributing goods to customers and drivers for delivery

  • Ensure customers' orders are processed promptly and accurately to support daily

  • Maintain good housekeeping in the warehouse

  • Follow strictly to ISO standards

  • Inventory control

  • Able to work in cold room environment

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Secondary Level and above

  • Valid Class 3 / 4 driving license

  • PC knowledge will be added advantage

  • Candidate who able to operate a forklift and acquired a recognised forklift license will be an added advantage

  • Applicable  to Singaporean & PR only

Warehouse / Logistic Executive

(Location: Woodlands)

Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services

  • Direct,  optimise and coordinate full order cycle

  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers

  • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency

  • Arrange warehouse, catalog goods,  plan routes and process shipments

  • Resolve any arising problems or complaints

  • Supervise,  coach and train warehouse workforce

  • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets

  • Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data

  • Maintains storage area by organising floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements

  • Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements

  • Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements.

  • Maintains safe and clean environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures

  • Assist Production Manager maintain work flow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points;; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments
